Please read the following booking terms and conditions carefully.
VENUE : The Jubilee Centre, Recreation Way, Mildenhall IP28 8HL (Suffolk).
COST : £15/stall. There is no option for you to choose between the hall, the stage or the 3rd room. This will be to the organiser’s discretion. Please rest assured that there will be an equal amount of traffic coming through the hall, the stage and the 3rd room on the day of the event.
CANCELLATION : In the event that you have to cancel your booking please inform us as soon as possible by email to allow us to contact our reserve list. Cancellations, for whatever reason 3 weeks or less prior to the event are non refundable. Fees are non transferrable. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if extreme weather conditions exist or other unforeseen circumstances mean the running of the event would not be safe or appropriate. In these circumstances fees will not be refundable and by submitting any bookings you accept these terms.
SETTING UP : Sellers are permitted to enter the venue from 11 am and must be fully set up by midday and packed away by 5:30pm.
TABLES : There are 30 rectangular tables available on a first come first serve basis (mainly 6 foot tables, some might be smaller but wider). Then, we will have to use round 5 feet tables. You can bring your own table (6 feet max) but fees still applies. Chairs are provided. Special requirements such as access to power sockets, additional space for hanging rails etc… must be requested at the time of booking. Provision cannot be guaranteed but will be provided where available and on a first-come-first-served-basis.
VENDORS SELLING TOYS : All toys supplied in the UK must meet a list of essential safety requirements which are set out in the Toy (Safety) Regulations 2011 (previously the Toy Safety Regulations 1995 – updated in 2010 – and now revoked) and to prove that these requirements are met, all toys should also carry a CE Marking.
DISCLAIMER : The submission of this application does not guarantee you space. There is only a limited amount of space and we can only have so many vendors. All applications will be considered, however, the organiser reserves the right to refuse any application without providing a reason to ensure variety. Once you receive our approval or rejection email, the decision is final.
CONFIRMED BOOKINGS : Will only be accepted once full payment and all the appropriate information has been received. We can confirm availability of space at the time of contact.
INSURANCE : The Sticky Fingers Craft Fairs provide public liability insurance to cover the running cost of the craft fairs. The venue is also insured. We advise stall holders to take out their own Public/Product liability insurance to cover loss or damage to their own goods and possessions. All stallholders selling food items must provide a current food hygiene certificate with their booking. It is your personal responsibility to ensure you trade legally and safely at all times
The Sticky Fingers Craft Fairs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
